Welcome to Nuvo at Essex On behalf of your Board of Directors, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the community of Nuvo at Essex. Our community is comprised of two separate towers commonly referred to as Nuvo I and Nuvo II. We are joined in the centre via the shared facilities. Many of today’s new homes are built green and we are proud say that Nuvo II is a Silver Leed Certified building. Nuvo is a friendly, active and caring community, and we take pride in bringing a wide selection of both social and physical activities which are second to none to our residents. We welcome and encourage all of our residents to come out and join in all of our activities. One of the mandates of the Board of Directors is to maintain our building and surrounding property in its current state. To achieve this, not only must the physical be maintained, but the spirit of community must also be nurtured. To assist with this and to assist you with your orientation into Nuvo we have prepared the following set of guidelines. Some may view these guidelines as ‘rules and regulations’ but they really are in part a covenant for living well together. By living and working cohesively together we can continue to maintain a community that truly is welcoming in every sense of the word. It is our wish that you will genuinely enjoy living at Nuvo, your house, your home, your community!
